Information we process
When you use the service, we may process uploaded video and audio, generation prompts, output files, basic account information, credit transactions, device information, and service diagnostics.
How information is used
We use this information to provide and secure generations, maintain accounts and credits, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
Uploaded media
Uploaded media is sent to the connected generation service to analyze the video and create audio. Retention periods and deletion controls will be shown in the production account experience before live processing is enabled.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, authentication, payment, analytics, and AI generation providers only as needed to operate the service. Video scoring is provided by Taan.ai.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information where applicable. Analytics is loaded only when a production measurement ID is configured.
